FlareX Immortal: Old Style RPG
FlareX Immortal: Old Style RPG is an iPhone game developed by Vuong Tai. It is a single-player 2D action RPG with fast-paced action and a dark fantasy style. The game is a remake of Flare Empyrean Campaign RPGs, developed by the Flare team.
In FlareX, players embark on a quest to regain entry to their homeland of Empyrean. The journey takes them through various regions, with plenty of side quests to complete along the way. The game features a crafting system that is a major part of the game economy, providing a useful purpose for extra items and gold accumulated over time. Crafting is available from the early stages of the game and remains useful in the end game, allowing players to roll high-level crafting recipes in hopes of obtaining great mods from the Random Properties.
FlareX also offers mini-games, including Garena(beta), where players can steal items from others by defeating them. It supports both LAN and online play. Another mini-game is Dom, which features a world war game style. The developer, Vuong Tai, has plans for more mini-games to be added in the future.
FlareX was built on Flare + Libgdx, utilizing the features of both platforms to create an engaging and immersive gaming experience.
